Attracting great candidates and doing the best we can for them is the lifeblood of our business.

We will always offer two choices for receiving our feedback:

Option 1: 

We will tell the truth about what we think of your career aspirations, capabilities and options (in our humble opinion).

We call this service 'Career Guidance'.

Option 2:

We will pay you 'lip service' as a 'soft option'.

We promise not to mention any 'home truths' that could assist your career growth. This will include all of the things that others could have told you, but didn’t.

We will ignore those things that a coach or mentor or kind parent would say to you if you were ready to be honest with yourself. We will definitely not explain to you, any of your unrealistic expectations or false hopes and we will not tell you how this has prevented you from getting the 'right' job.

We call this service "Creating a total fabrication to make you feel better."
